With a background in Child Development (AAS), Annette deeply understands the challenges young mothers face because she has experienced them herself. Her personal journey, coupled with over seven years of experience in services for young mothers, fuels her passion for empowering and supporting others. As the heart of the organization, Annette’s empathy, compassion, and commitment to making a difference are the driving forces behind Ms. Houston’s Caring Hand, where she leads with a hands-on approach to ensure that every mother receives the care and resources they need to thrive.
